ObjectiveTo discuss the signs and symptoms of a cesarean section (C-section) scar defect, to describe techniques repair defect using vaginal approach.DesignA video review 32-year-old woman with abnormal bleeding C-section managed surgically by repair. The patient provided consent for recording publication.
